Dear Manager Sir, Sub: To replace my hand set model Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 (White). I have purchased above mobile hand set on 23/11/2013 by online shopping also vide receipt No. (Order ID : 11493113. During the use mobile was very slow, bigger problem is regular hanging is a process. While charging and talking hand set becomes hot. Today hand set display is gone and stop working. During the period o[censored]se it was irritating rather pleasant use. Sometimes feeling is that I have guttered my money instead of best use. However my handset is under warranty period and there is manufacturing defect, you are requested to replace my hand set at an early date to avoid unpleasantness.
