[Resolved]  Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — 2 months old refrigerator compressor is not working

Hi, I brought Samsung Refrigerator two months back and due its poor quality its gets compressor is not working at all. Kindly reply to the below mentioned query to provide me a solution. 1. Product Quality : Why and how Samsung is selling such a low quality products in the indian market ... what is it quality parameter. Why consumer has to face so much problem to get it retified. When u r giving a warrant of 10 years ... what u except from the customer to assume that this product is only last for 2 months. 2. Engineer Skills : Before launching any product why not all the repair engineer gets trained on those products. Experience with your repair engineer : 1st he diagnosis the problem as GAS Problem. 2nd time he identify the compressor has been damaged. Now i dont have trust on Samsung nor its product nor i m ready to get it repair.
