Raised issue as Refrigerator is not working (Cooling is not being done).
Issue 1: Bought product in March, 2015 and no notification mail or SMS sent from company as our warranty period is due.

First technician visit done. Technician opened the system and then said may be it is because of Gas leakage or Gas chock up issue so workshop team can handle this.
Charge: 350 Rs/ (Considering no warranty)

No action been taken. At 6 PM got call from Workshop by saying 18th, Aug is holiday and we got request for GAS filling considering[protected] Rs estimation.

No service has been done in whole day. My friend who is working for Toshiba came to my home and inspected the issue without tempering any part and he informed me that your compressor is not working. So I asked Customer Care whether my Friend is right or you’re Technician? So I have informed them I do not trust you guys’ anymore so do your GAS FILLING from my home only and they accepted that.

Got call from workshop they insisted to bring my Refrigerator to their workshop. I denied but they forcefully convinced me that I will get best service from your end. I again asked them what is the guarantee they will not charge me extra then also I trusted on them and allowed them to bring to take my Refrigerator to their Workshop.

Got call from workshop team telling your compressor is not working and it is tempered so you have to pay 11262 for the same.
Issue 2: If it was only GAS Filling issue then why they did not do their task only? It may be case during the Gas filling they found compressor issue and Workshop engineer tempered the compressor and it stopped working?

Got call from Head Office. Sana Ansari, Senior Executive, Customer Experience
She told me that Service center has submitted Pics and Document and we finally conclude that your product is tempered and you have to pay the charge. I opposed her and she disconnect the call in between the discussion and sent me the mail describing the rules and regulations. I replied her to submit proofs to me on mail.
Issue 3: How dare she cut the call in between? And did not call back till date.

Sana Ansari replied me same Rules and Regulation Mail for twice but did not submit the proof.
Without Submitting the proof how customer will pay such amount? How Senior Executives disconnect the call in between the discussion? How Service center can provide two different answers in two different days to the Seller (Vijay Sales) Customer Care Executive.
