Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — Samsung Refused to replace within a month | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I purchased a Samsung Smart LED TV on 28-March-2014 from Dawar Samsung Plaza M.G. Road Gurgaon, within 15 days TV display issues Occurred and I raised a complaint in Samsung Support Center, while raising I asked them to replace my TV with new one and they told me that you can even request for full refund of money but let engineer see the problem first, engineer came to house and saw the problem, I asked engineer also to replace my TV but He repaired something and TV display was resume and he told me that this problem will not happen again and if so we will replace it, I went on leave for 20 days and when I came back and saw the TV the same problem is occurring again and again, display is too much irritating and again I raised the complaint no. [protected] and ask them to replace my TV they said let the engineer visit, I received a call from engineer and he said, we need to repair it and we will not change it. After buying costly product and paying Rs 60, 000/ + we don't get proper product and they have delivered faulty product, so raising complaint here with a expectation for a quick help.
