I, mehraj ansari has purchased a samsung galaxy j6[infinity] on 15/06/2018. Recently i started facing an issue with its display which was not by any kind of damage done from my end, it was the internal problem of the product. Since my phone was under warranty period, i went to the samsung authorized service centre - mobile technology which is located at goregaon west. Let me bring to your notice they don't have the well trained staff & they are one of worst in the service industry. Priyanka was the executive who have assisted me, she took my phone & i have explained the problem with the product. Since my phone was under warranty period i thought that they will repair it without any charges. But when i went back to collect my phone they told me to pay rs.3500 (They have repaired my phone without even informing me about the charges). When i ask them to justify, they started telling me that this doesn't get covered under companies warranty policy. This was the standard answer i was expecting from them. Request you to please look into the matter & kindly help me with the same.
