[Resolved]  Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. — VERY POOR SERVICE ( SAMSUNG GRAND NOT WORKING FROM LAST 3 MONTHS )

1.It is regret to bring your notice that since last two months I am facing problem of calling MIC and Receiver problem in my Samsung Grand. (Model :GTI9082EWAINU) (Serial No. RF1D37EXHWK([protected]) As my mobile instrument is still in warranty I raised issue at local service centre on 17th October2013. From where I got it repaired and returned after 3-4 days. But on using it was found that the issue was not resolved & remains intact. Reported back on same day at your service center they made me to sit for an hour updated software and then handed over the instrument to me. I left and after an hour and used mobile & again I found issue remains intact. Due to Deepawali holidays I went to Jaipur where I have given my instrument to Samsung care center Jaipur for repair on 7th November 2013 but my issue still not got resolved. I had visited twice to care center at Jaipur (It got registered only once) As my issue is not getting solved even after visiting several times to the Samsung care center I had to call on customer care on 12th November 2013. From where I was guided to bring all accessories along with instrument to the service outlet for replacement of instrument (In case of manufacturing defect). After that branch manager / call center executive have asked me to leave instrument last time for repair. From where I got my mobile back on 19th November 2013. But even after keeping my instrument several time at care center my issue is not resolved till now. In total I have visited Surat care center thrice & Jaipur care center twice but issue is not getting resolved. Sir, my concern is that even after spending money & wasting my time @ Samsung service center my issue is neither got resolved nor am getting any proper way forward.which is very painful for me. Humble request for your kind intervention for timely resolution of my handset. 2.Many a times I had raised my complaint..but it seems that you r not looking to the matter seriously...I had submitted my instrument atleast 6 times to your service centre for same complaint ..._quot calling MIC and Receiver problem in my Samsung Grand_quot...but just an hour ago the same problem came, this time please don''t give me any excuse...my complaint no is [protected] Request to either refund my amount or repalce with new instrument...else no option remains other than to approach CONSUMER FORUM.
