[Resolved] Samsung India — executives misbehavior and product issue

Samsung executive (Huriya, senior executive - customer experience) completely doesn't know how to treat a customer, she literally doesn't understand any technical issues what am explaining and she doesn't know anything on product support. The people from service center (Anna nagar) was completely behaved worst to me on product related issues, definitely it will turns samsung to hard
