[Resolved] Samsung India — executives misbehavior and product issue | |||
Samsung executive (Huriya, senior executive - customer experience) completely doesn't know how to treat a customer, she literally doesn't understand any technical issues what am explaining and she doesn't know anything on product support. The people from service center (Anna nagar) was completely behaved worst to me on product related issues, definitely it will turns samsung to hard Was this information helpful? | |||

My phone no. [protected] .I purchased Samsung J7 handset in June 2018 and in September 2018 it stopped working and show only logo. Service centre said it's motherboard is liquid damage. But it is carbon not liquid which is normal in electronic device. Plz help my phone got damage with in 3 months of purchase.
