[Resolved] Samsung India — Extended warranty charges for 3 years (ref-[protected]) | |||
Hi, all I have purchased 32inh led tv on 25-oct-15 and at time of purchase i have asked for the extend warranty for tv. They have told that, 1 month before the expiry of 1 yr warranty period, you will receive the mesaage for extension of warranty and never guided us to take the warranty at same time at lower price. I have called your executive for the warranty extension request and he told to pay inr-5345 for 3 yrs which is inr-2000 more which was offered 3 months ago. The customer have not been provided with complete information on extended warranty and they land up in paying extra amount ofr the same. Even the customer are not informed about the change or hike in the extended warrant charges. So please look into the matter and do needful for getting the extended warranty for 3 yrs at lowest price.
