[Resolved] Samsung India — Extraordinary delay in rectification of defect in newly purchased phone | |||||
I have purchased a samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold) phone from dealer M/s Gurjeet Electronics, Bulandshahr on 06/07/16. Just few days later the screen started showing black lines on the screen. I submitted the phone in samsung authorised Service center " JAI BALAJI COMMUNICATION" at bulandshahr on 01/012/2016, Bill no being [protected] . Since then it has been a tough ordeal as I am being made to run, so many times at an interval of 2 - 3 days, by giving no of excuses for delay in rectification and handing over of the phone. It is not only very disgusting and painful but very unfortunate for a company of such an international fame and repute. I am attaching scanned copies of the bill and Acknowledgement of service request for your perusal. It is to inform you that if my problem is not redressed within a week, I will be forced to seek legal action, including approaching consumer forum, for which samsung company alone will stand answerable.
