I have ordered samsung J7 MAX on 27th July 2017 and made payment. It was committed that I will receive the order within 2 to 4 business days(Ideally by 31st July 2017). Till date I have not received the phone that I ordered.
I have called them more than 3 times post 31st July 2017 and they just gave me an update the the supply is delayed and hence there will be a "Bit" delay and I will get my order in 2 to 3 working days. Last week I called Samsung and spoke to the supervisor and he committed that I will receive my order by this Friday i.e. 11th August 2017. I called them today again as I did not receive any updates (Via email or on cell phone) from them. Again they are saying that I will receive my order on next Monday i.e on 14th august 2017. Which makes no sense as they committed me that by Friday i.e. 11th August 2017 I will receive my order.
Any ways I am going to cancel the order if I am not getting it by tomorrow or latest by Saturday before 6:00 PM. I am putting this complain as it is n extreme delay and I have already been billed for my order. Was this information helpful? |
