[Resolved] Samsung India — extremely bad service. | |
I stay in kochi and we had purchased electronic samsung door locks few years back, recently they all stopped working.in october, 2018 we had given it for repair to their service centre, we keep calling and they keep saying they havent found the parts yet, it's been 4-5 months now and all our doors are unsecured and accesssible. Didn;'t think a company of such high repute would provide such horrible service. All they want is money and not to see if customer's satisfation is met or not. Was this information helpful? | |
