I am regular user of samsung products.in my family all are samsung handset users. Myself have 4 nos including samsung galaxy tab s sm-t805. As my note 2 handset has single sim provision, i had to look for another handset with double sims with high ram. As m is familiar with samsung handset application, i go for samsung galaxy a8 n purchased on 19/8/2015 but it developed some defects in mother board as stated by the service centre, i. T. Solution (Dsc), e-sector, itanagar - 791111. I have placed my handset with them on 14/7/2016 for repair / replacement of mother board as it is within the warranty period against their work order no 14/7/41 dtd 14/7/2016. Now, it is almost 2 months passed but they couldn't repair the handset. I don't know d actual fact, my only interest is to get back my handset rectified as soon as possible. My humble request, please do the needful and update me.
