[Resolved]  Samsung India — faulty instrument | s7 edge | poor product quality

This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with samsung product, services, service center and samsung head office. I bought samsung galaxy s7 edge apr'17 where in just few months i had replaced lcd screens two times due to damage of screen and for that i had paid 10500 and 13850 respectively, then after some days i got to know that there was some network issue and i contacted the service center and they have changed the motherboard.in just few months of instrument screen got replaced two times and one time motherboard got changed, you can think about the quality of products, which samsung is using, so i had denied to accept the instrument from center, then after so many calls from samsung ho, they convinced me about the product quality and collect from the center along with this they had extended my phone warranty for another six months, so i am a big thankful for this thing, but but things is not over here.

After some days again i am continuously facing the same network issue in device, i have submitted my device five time to the service center and it was there for more than 7 days in service center at one time but till now my problem is not yet resolved. Still my device is with service center.

1st time - 26th jun 2017 - lcd replacement - paid 10500/-

2nd time - 29th july 2017 - lcd replacement - paid 13850/-

3rd time, (3rd aug '2017 - approx), (Service request no - [protected] / ho compliant id - [protected]) service center executive expected the issue and they had replaced the motherboard,

4th time (Date 23rd april'2018) - (Service request no - [protected] / ho compliant id - [protected]) service center executive saying there is no problem in device, and surprisingly they had deleted this service id from their system, if there is no problem then there is no mean i am contacting the service center. I paid the full amount for this instrument which was cost me around 50k, i spent/invest this money for peace of my mind not to invest into time to visit service center, if i m facing issue then only i am approaching to the service center and moreover i m spending my time and money to submit the device in service center again & again.

5th time (Dated 31st aug'18) - (Service request no - [protected] / ho compliant id - [protected]) service center executive has confirmed that, there is a problem so they need two days time to check your instrument and then after 2 two days they have confirmed that motherboard has been replaced, now again i have denied to accept this faulty instrument and i have asked for refund of money as i had invested 50k, initially they had denied to refund and told to collect your instrument it it working fine now, still i was stick on my decision not to collect this instrument and i had demand for refund or upgrade to me on next level of instrument because i did a survey on s7 edge and most of the person told that there is a network issue in s7 edge, so i had denied to take fresh instrument of s7 edge, and then again got a call from samsung mobile ho that company has decided to give your refund of 60% of your invoice value as per their refund value, which comes around 30k, now do you think i can buy similar category phone in 30k, i had invested 50k but in last one year, my instrument was at center for more than 3 months, then how come they deducted 40% of invoice value, i faced this issue because of the faulty instrument.

It has been almost 1 month, however i m in touch with samsung team but sorry to say i am not satisfied with the resolution given by samsung, i should get at least 40k (80%) of invoice value so i can buy a new flagship after adding differential amount.

I always invest my money into premium instrument of samsung, earlier also i had used note 2, s4, s6edge, s7edge all these was premium instrument of samsung of that particular year

Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of samsung in other model if any access amount is there will make the payment of difference amount for the same.

Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.
