[Resolved] Samsung India — faulty samsung c7 pro mobile handset | |||
I had purchased a samsung c7 pro handset in august 2017. Initially it was running fine but in march 2018 the display started malfunctioning (Return key stopped working & tabs were closing automatically). It was sent to service centre and i was told it was a software issue. It was rectified and and delivered accordingly. It again suffered with the same problem in may 2018 and service center intimidated that it was liquid damage so i got it repaired at cost. I received the repaired handset on 4th may 2018. On 17th may 2018 the same problem (Return key stopped working & tabs were closing automatically) has started once again. I am frustrated with the quality of product and i feel it is a cheap product sold by samsung at a premium price.
