Hi my service repairing bill number is [protected] i had given my cell for repairing at samsung service center on 27th june since there was no parts available. I was told if i submit my cell ill get refund of amount deducting the repairing cost.
I called the customer support on 2nd i was informed that the phone's replacement is been proceeded and before 12th ill receive new cell phone
Now today i come to know that refund is still in process.
You cannot just keep fooling the customer
I have the recording of customer support person confirming twice that ill be receiving new cellphone. As committed to me i want a new phone.
If i do not receive new cell phone in 10 days i m going to file complain against company for customer harassment and fraud. Was this information helpful? |
