[Resolved] Samsung India — fraud services and extracted money from samsung service provider | |||||
Hi I called up the samsang service provider on 28/05/2018 for my refrigerator, as it was not cooling enough. The technician visited and told me to change the pcb after which it would work properly and charged me 3750 for the pcb +350 technician charges. However since there was no result even after changing the pcb i called them again on 27/05/2018. They send a different technician on 01/05/2018 who mentioned that the my old pcb which i had kept is fine and that the sensor and fused has to changed. The dealers then told me that to send the new pcb with the technical and assured he will be back in 2hrs with the sensor and fused and remaining money. After which they are not answering any phone of mine neither of my family members. Please look into the same. I have send you the attachment of the bill for further action.
