Sir, i have a samsung 481 ltrs fridge purchased on june 2015 (still in warranty). On 20th of april the fridge stopped cooling so i called customer care. They asked me to perform certain actions but all went in vain. Then again on 22nd april i called customer care but again they asked me to perform manual de frost which i did and the fridge worked for around 6 hrs then again it stopped working. So again i lodged a complaint on 23rd april and received ref no [protected]. An engineer named Ripu Sudan was assigned the call but he didnt come till 23rd so another engineer came and found out fan motor was not working. So he went saying the part is not available and order will be placed and within 4 days it will be changed.
Now it has been 7th may (around 14 days) and still the paet is not available in local service center. I asked the engineer as well as branch office for the part or a stand by fridge but got no response from them. So i would like you to take action against the local branch office and engineer or else i would have to go to CONSUMER FORUM.
