[Resolved] Samsung India — fridge | |||
Extremely pathetic service, i got a hugs fridge and it stopped working after 3 yrs, where as warranty is for 10 years, any ways they said they will refund money after depreciation and will pick up fridge. Since one month fridge is standing in my living room as if its samsung’s godown, and people working at samsung have no curtesy forget professionalism to even take the call. Now i want to speak to concern person and have this solved immediately. Otherwise i do have other plans to fix them up. Pathetic service... Will make sure no one buys samsung at least in my area.
