Samsung India — fridge

I bought a samsung fridge r72s 5011sl. The seal of packing was broken. When i pointed this to the salesman, he said that i should trust him and there is nothing wrong and it is a brand new fridge. Then i saw the packing material inside (Thermocol) was also broken. I again told him but he said if anything wrong with the fridge, it is his responsibility. He delivered the fridge. After about an hour when i was cleaning the fridge., i removed a sticker on the sidewall of the fridge and to my dismay., there was a big dent on yhe wall under the sticker. The sticker of the barcode of fridge was purposely put over the dent.
What should i do?
