No one cares for customers
No one calls or provide solutions
All r best actors for thier salary.

Me bought samsung fridge (650 lts) in 2012
@70k
Now something wrong with product, called customer care for co. Technician.
Technician informed tht due to non availability of parts not possible to repair fridge.
I called customer care for solution they informed me tht co. Manufactured part upto next 5 years only, so now no parts available in co. So we cant help u
I request every one tht pls do not buy costly
Product of samsung co. As they froce u to buy
Another product by stopped the production of parts to incresed their sales
