[Resolved] Samsung India — fridge freezer and odour problem | |||
Dear samsung, I have purchased the refrigerator in 2014 and 3 weeks ago the freezer got spoiled. We called your service and one of your guys fixed it but the fridge freezer was spoiled again and there is bad smell coming which is getting worse. I think the technician has not done his job and he has spoiled the fridge. I request immediate action on your behalf to send a professional to fix the refrigerator as the smell of the fridge is getting worse and also fix the freezer which is spoiled.
