[Resolved] Samsung India — fridge not working | |||
Sir, My fridge ain't working since many months now...finally the company has decided to put the machine to depreciation and hand over a fair share of the price to me...Now the talks were on at the highest level with Mr. Ankit who promised to revert as soon as possible.. But I haven't heard from him since last 3days and also his number is unavailable.. Had placed multiple requests again to the customer care dept. but Samsung india doesn't seem to bother..
