[Resolved]  Samsung India — fridge stopped working and not getting any service

I bought a fridge (Samsung) on 25-jun-2017, from nandilath gmart kochi.
It stopped working from last month. I had called samsum call center more that 20 times, from then. Registered complaints and got the sms on it. But till now i didn't get any reply from them on it and no service yet. Totally upset with them, i have cows so more use on fridge to store milk so i bought the big size one spending 50k. Now i have a big lose in my daily business of milk for last one month.

Very very bad service and even call center guy told kochi service center have many issues. If so they need to change not the consumer need to suffer.

I wish to have a full refund. Because i don't trust samsung further.
