With reference to complaint no [protected]
I have purchased samsung front load washing machine and afterward after requesting for installation
One of your engineer came however he didn't know about proper installation and failed to provide demonstration and he simply said call senior engineer.
Then on same day i requested for senior engineer call then on next day when engineer came i told him to fit rat shutter then he told me it's useless part and don't fit it when i further insisted he told me why u want to fit it it's not needed then i told it's for rat prevention then he told me in such small place why rat is going to come (I am surprised!!!) then i told call ur senior person i[censored]r not able to fit it then he started giving excuse that i need to rotate machine upside down and then it ll get scratched then u should not blame me then i argue don't you have proper technique to fit, i[censored]r not competent enough then don't fit or call ur senior then he starting abusing me and told call yourself and muttering with abusing language gone out.
Looking with above senario samsung failed to provide proper service twice
After trusting your brand and looking at past record of purchasing refrigerator mobile 2nd washing machine i hoped i will get same service but you failed to provide customer service and top of that your service engineer using abusive language is shameful act which represent hopeless attitude towards customer.
I hope u ll take care of further process and kind attention towards my complaint.
