I have purchased sidebyside door refrigerator, just a less than a month. I founds samsung service and service engineer are non trained, technically not fit to resolve query.
Laughing part is, door is having manufacturing defect but samsung service engineer says door replacement is not samsung responsibility, it's seller responsibility to get it. I got completely shocked, first 30 days are complete freeze replacement guarantee and1 year service warranty.
I am having copy of all detail and i had mentioned same in service copy also. I don;t know samsung really cares about customer.

If engineer says it's not Samsung responsibility for service, it's big joke and Samsung support team seriously have to look into it. If product company don't take responsibility in warranty period then who will take care.
