[Resolved] Samsung India — Galaxy c9 pro phone issue | |||||
Totally being cheated by customer care and service centre Hi, I have got Samsung galaxy c9 pro on feb 21st through prebook. Screen has damaged I called customer care I was told to submit at service centre. I submitted at A S Rao nagar service centre Hyderabad on Feb 25th 2017 I have not received my phone back yet I called service centre..customer care many times but no one is showing atleast basic consideration and helping me out. I have raised a request for either phone replacement or refund but none is being done. iam really upset by the service given. Kindly solve the issue ASAP. Mar 22, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After submitting the complaint in this website. next day I got couple of calls from Samsung office. They understood my issues and told me that within a week the issue would be solved. I used to get daily calls to my number from Mrs.Rekha from Samsung office. She used to update me the status of my phone. on march 18th she again called me and said I would get my on march 21st or 22nd...finally I got a call on march 22nd and I was told that my phone is ready and I can take it back from service centre.
Iam very happy that I got my phone back. A special thanks to this INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM and also mrs.Rekha from Samsung office.
