[Resolved] Samsung India — galaxy j5 2016 damaged accidentally. serial no - rz8j220hgzn | |||
I have submitted my mobile in samsung service centre. They told me that 1 week will be required to repair the product but they are taking more than 2 weeks. I was informed to collect my mobile on 22 february 2018, but when i reached to receive my product, i was sent back saying that they will give the product next day. Again when i went to collect i was told that more 5 days will be required. I am very much disappointed with samsung service. Was this information helpful? | |||
