[Resolved] Samsung India — Galaxy note 5 | |||||
Hi i submitted my galaxy note 5 3months ago they kept my phone for 1month and said that the part is not available. When i asked for my phone service centre people said that they misplaced one of my part. But i wanted to get it fixed so they asked me for some documents i submitted the documents they uploaded my documents 7 days late and after 15 days wen i calld customer care they said that your application for refund was rejected due to service centres people mistake service centre people didnt even inform me Bout the same. When i called them they again processed my request and again uploaded my documents late again after 15 days wen i called cc they said your application is rejected from service centres end due to improper documentation.
