Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased Galaxy S3 Neo mobile from your Ghatkopar store 1 .6 year backs.
Today morning suddenly my mobile is not working for the same reason i had approached samasung service care at Ghatkopar . They have informed me that your mobiles IMEI number was disappeared and we need to change the mother board of your mobile..
My request you to that how IMEI number is got disappeared ???
Samsung is brand company and i have a faith on your company..
We request you to kindly change my mobile else i shall go with legally and will take help of social media with this issue...
