My phone s display has a crack and it was bought in last April under samsung s prebooking scheme where I am supposed to get a one time free replacement of the display.But the service centre guys are denying the fact that my phone was prebooked although the dealer is confirming the same.I am also attaching my phone s imei for reference.Please help...
