Samsung India — Getting no response for my mobile repair from your authorised samsung service centre | |||
I have spoken to a member of your service centre Mr. Firoz khan for my samsung note 2, 7100. I spoke to him about the screen and battery change but whenever I call him...he is not telling me the amount of the screen and battery as if I am not paying him the amount of the services being done...and asking me to call again and again later...and later...and when i called him later he always says i am busy right now call later...such response for your authorised service centre is damaging the image of the company...so I wish and hope that you take a strict action against this guy...mr.
