[Resolved] Samsung India — given me a faulty phone | |||
I had bought s10+ 128 gb from profectus electronics noida uttar pradesh on 6th june 2019 when i unboxed the mobile phone i faced heating issues mic and reciever and fast battery drainage when contacted the customer support they a simply neglecting my query so that my replacement period can go and my warranty period to start they even have rude and bad behaviour towards me i simply need my phone to get replaced with the new one failing to which ill be appealing to the higher authorities Was this information helpful? | |||
