Samsung India — Handset given for service they are not responding and also harassing

Sir i have given my mobile for service on 23/4/16, at that time they told it's motherboard problem in set. After calling many times they now telling it's a water lock after nearly one month. That too my handset never got in water plz elp, they are harassing and not giving proper reply. And not even giving a written explanation why handset can't be repaired from last one i am without my handset my complian, number is.[protected], i have called customer care also no use so help
