[Resolved] Samsung India — handset screen cracked by customer care and store | |||
Sasumg J7 Next was brought from MAA comunication Ghilamara for Nodal Officer, Swachh Bharat Mission Cum Assistant Engineer, PHE Ghilamara. The Screen of the mobile got dead after 12 days. The mobile was handed over to the said store and he sent the mobile for repair to Purnima computers, lakhinpur cistomer care but they said the mobile is crack and didnot look into the handset. But the mobile screen was not cracked when handed to the store. So now tje store and customer care are blaming each other for the screen crack. So the nodal officer is not getting the handset which was brought of official purpose. So do take immediate action.
