[Resolved]  Samsung India — Highly disappointed with samsung ac service-even after 10 days of complaint no response from samsung

On 3rd June 2017 morning i have registered a complain reference no [protected] for my AC Model No ar18jc5jamv/2015 after two days and after so many calls on 5th June late evening the engineer came to our home and said that its fan has to replaced so the person from hcl will come to replace the same. then again 3 days there was no response from samsong/hcl then we called up and then the engineer from hcl came and he said the same thing that the fan has to replaced. means the last engineer who came first did not informed further that the fan has to be replaced. the engineer told that he will take another 2 days to get the fan, after 2 days i called him then he was not picking up the call. after so many calls finally he picked and told that still the fan is not ready so will inform you soon.
really after 6 days of compain i dont have any answer from samsong. they are just cheating the customers.
i will never recommend any one to buy any of the product of samsong.
