Dear madam/sir
I had purchased Samsung note 5 last year. Few months back its screen started discoloring on the top so on 18 may 2017 i went to samsung care sector 16 faridabad as it was still in warranty. They told me that for this they have to get the approval and will inform me in two days. Till one week i did not get any response from the samsung care so i called them on 25 may then they said it has got repired and i can collect my phone. When i went their to collect it they said it was a mistake and they are still waiting for the approval. As soon as i left the service center i got a call from samsung technical department regarding my phone. The person was rude and started blaming me about the discoloring, i told him that this handset cannot be opened and how can someone see the thing and damage it that is inside the display screen. I immediately went back to collect my phone from the service center then the person at the samsung center told me that they have repaired it as they were 99.9% sure that it will get approved and my case is GENUINE and now i have to pay 9000 for the repair. I also sent my complaint to samsung CEO office but they also took around one week but did not do anything.
It has been 15 days but all my complains and requests are not taken seriously. The last person with whom i talked said you can go anywhere but we cannot do anything. If my case was not right then my phone should not have been repaired without my consent. The center was confident enough to repair my phone before getting the approval of the shows that my case is GENUINE. Moreover what is the point to give warranty for the product which is of low standard i have paid 43000 rs to buy this Samsung #### and due to their poor and low quality products n worse technical and customer service they have already lost their reputation, i will request you to kindly intervene and help me out as i am regretting my decision to buy Samsung mobile at so high price when my family members were against it and feeling cheated for spending my hard earned money on this samsung phone.     I am geetha vs, samsung us mobile award winner. My parcel arrived in delhi airport 7th january. Customs officer wants duty charges and money transfer funds. I sent (28000+84000) rs. Later they wants rbi cot charge 108200, but can't send to pay money. Because my financial situation. I sent to an email my family condition knows mr tomas bernerd and rbi bank officer mr gupta. But no reply. I am waiting for march 30th. Sir i have sent to the money is others​ gold loan.

    Later march 31th i sent a email samsung national complaint board​

    Money and told that my winning prizes​ reached my bank account. They asked very big amount, so i'm not believe it.

      Such a bad experience with samsung services. Samsung commits assured quality. I rate samsung quality parameter in minus out of 10. Its better to purchase mobile named j7-2016 on 28/jan/2017. I m facing internet ant network issues since the day i purchased the device (Manufacturing defect). I approached samsung service centre plenty of times located in janakpuri, new delhi, but no support from the. I recently visited samsung service centre on 02/june/2017 at 6 pm. They had submitted my mobile with complaint no. [protected]. Also samsung reference no. [protected]. I received one message after 1 hour on 2/june/ 2017 that your repair has been completed you can collect you device. Next day at 12 pm i. E 03/june/2017 i visited the service centre to collect my device. Samsung executive said your handset is not repaired yet but your complaint / call has closed. What the hell it is? How the company can close customer complaint since it has not been resolved. The data cable of the same device was also not working since 1 month. I asked the samsung executive to please replace my data cable, as it is under warranty. He said sorry we cant generate your call.. Go and purchase from market.. Can you please tell me samsung, why you are giving warranty on your product. Such a pathetic and annoying service.

        I purchased a7 2016 mobile on date 02.06.2017 i have some issues mobile was over heating and one sim card was not working properly and i called to your customer care they told clearly we have software problem for a series mobiles we can't do anything just wait for software update is this true then why you are solding that type of mobiles is we are fools???

          I have purchased a Samsung LED TV UA32D5900 in month of January 2012. I have face a dispay issued 15 days back found the screen is continuously getting reboots. Then I have a logged the case with sumsung service centre, as usual I have not received their response post registering complaint, I have to take follow up for the same. Then someone from Krish Electronics has visited at my house to cheek the issue and found that the motherboard and speaker has gone bad and need to replace. So he taken down all the relevant details which requires to raise the part replacement and for which he charged me Rs. 690 /- Then after two or three days he has share the estimate for the part replacement i.e. around 10, 199 /- Rs. And I have provided my confirmation to go ahead and place the order.

          Then the actually surprise situation has started, the guy has come two days back to replace the part after almost 8 days after placing the order. And he come to know the part which he has carry on site for part replacement is not compatible with my TV model. And he has informed me that he needs to again raise the part replacement request with Samsung since the part which he has order is not compatible, so again I have started the discussion with direct Samsung service centre, they have shown very casual approach by mentioning it happens very rarely and unfortunately it happens with you and I need to again wait for almost 5 o 6 days, since the part needs to order either from Noida or Chennai.

          I tried convincing that why it happens to me and who has made the mistake and why I have to suffer, I have spoken to the escalation manager of Samsung service centre, but all in vain there is no positive response rather than only saying sorry and I have to wait till the part come. He has committed that I will be getting call from service centre team within next couple of hours, however as usual no response from anyone. I found all this guy’s Krish Electronics, Thane and Samsung service centre, are very unprofessional and least bother about customer’s response, they always follow the way as per their convenience.

          Finally got the call from Samsung service centre about mentioning the part is not available and they will pay me only 17 % of my initial purchase cost as a depression value and I have to purchase new TV by paying the additional amount means at least 25, 000 /-

          Guys this is really frustrating experience with Samsung, the product which has only 5 years old, for that they don’t have the parts available and forcing customer to purchase new one.

          Guys, please be aware to buy any product from Samsung as they don't value customers.

              Dated 10th may i received my phone with screen replacement from samsung service center (Hcl services ltd) vikas puri. Call # [protected] set serial #r28h91hl6gx.
              Phone was received with different color screen (Not gold), when complained i was convinced that its gold screen not any other.
              A week later alike every other confident owner of water resistant phone i picked up call with wet hands and in few minutes the phone turned off and never got switched on. Dated 24th may, 2017 i complained back to same service center but they denied reckless, careless repair of phone as wasn’t sealed properly. It was evident that staff knew it at first place that repair wasn’t efficient and phone wasn’t sealed properly or tested post repair, thus was handed it over to me insignificantly. My loss is loss of confidence of every samsung customer who choose samsung technology over other leading companies. I have pictures of samsung parts and back cover which clearly state that there is no super technology behind samsung phone claiming water resistance but mere gumming down back cover which is open to human repair limits of samsung service center.

              Despite all i believe in samsung technology but i truly belief that its human error of resource of repaired my phone and didn’t fix phone well which lead to leak in phone. It was duly informed at the time of recieval of phone that i don’t find it fixed properly as back cover seemed loosen plus that screen color replaced doesn’t match back cover or my phone. This is alarming and would like to escalate it to the core.

                I had raised a Service Request #[protected] for my washing machine on 31st May 2017 and was informed that the field executive would visit before 8PM the same day. I reached out to the executive whose details were assigned and was informed that he is not going to be servicing the locality I reside in. Since then till today I had been following up on the request and just being reassigned to the same field executive "RISHI contact#[protected] has been assigned against your service request [protected]" and nothing changed. The field refuses to attend to the request and the customer service is unable to expedite or escalate the request no progress is made on the case

                      My name is M. Lokesh Kumar. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 64 GB Gold in samsung shop online shopping carnival offer on 26 May, 2017. The product was delivered to me on 30 May, 2017 around 7.30 PM. I am working in BPO so once my shift got over I reached late night. I was eagerly waiting to explore my new mobile.

                      I opened the package and looked at the mobile in all angles where I found that the top middle edge part had a dent. I was really not happy as we don't expect that from a new phone for which you have paid already.

                      I have mailed the support team the same night about the issue and the next day sent images of the damage before they asked.

                      Then again I reached out to the customer care about it where they instructed me to reach out a nearby service center.

                      I went there yesterday and they said they can't support and I made customer support executive speak with the service team.

                      Post which I got a mail asking for images taken in different angles which I again did.

                      Again they sent a mail today send the pics of Box and Poly packing.

                      I have shared it. But seriously I'm really frustrated. Other e stores like Amazon and Flipkart make it a point to be reliable to customers by replacing the product or refunding if delivered damaged product.

                      Samsung should be more responsible. I hate this email communication by the team. Which seems to be not helping at all.

                      A direct phone call or sending someone would help. Please help me with my issue and resolve it quickly. I would have ordered from amazon or Flipkart it would have been easy.

                      I regret for buying this mobile from Samsung.

                        The concern is of Samsung mobile phone A-9 pro. Purchase was made via croma rajouri garden.
                        From the day one I was getting a pop of "unfortunately phone has been stopped".
                        On 1st of March have reported concern with Samsung services center kriti nagar branch. They took a day to rectify issue by upgrading/updating software. I had verified device and found three scratches at back glass.
                        I have asked the service team to look in to the matter but they refused for my finding. Fine !
                        Again on 7th March, I got the same pop up on screen. And make me rush at service centre for diagnosis. they had changed existing motherboard with a new one. In between of time frame, i approached samsung team to changed my device back glass. after a long fight, same was done free of cost
                        Finally, I got my device on 19th of March I.e. after a 12 days fight.
                        The Same issue was again on screen immediate after 2 days. That is on 21st or March. I have raised a complaint to Mr. Manish kumar Singh( manager customer support) after a long conversation Mr. Ashok raturi was asked to visit my doorstep to conclude issue. What I get know from him was an existing concern was of software. I was shocked if the problem was of software why service team changed my device motherboard. I was assured by Mr. Raturi ji shortly someone from team will let me know why motherboard had changed. But nobody from team had turned up to give an answer.

                        On 3rd of may, I was shocked to see the same problem in my device. I reset my cell phone very same time. After two problem arises again. I wrote a mail to Samsung Ceo and customer support center. In favor of mail, Mr. Chakshu called me and ask to submit my handset to the service center. Very next day Mr. Pankaj at my doorstep in behalf of Chakshu to collect my device.
                        Suddenly Miss/Mrs. Rekha calls me to discuss my issue. Even she confirmed me reported issue related to software. Finally, I ask then what make the service team change my device motherboard with a new one. She literally miss behaving with me. She needs a proof of issue I am facing with a device. In addition, she told me I am approaching Samsung team just for a fun/entertainment.
                        I have lots of question to discuss with Samsung team. But nobody took an initiative to discuss. It's a more than 18 days device is with Samsung team.

                          The Samsung AC that we purchased last year has stopped working on 27 May The complaint was given the very same day. The technician came and informed us that it would take 3 days. There is no follow up by the service centre/customer support at all. It is us as customers who have to constantly pursue the issue. Today we were informed that it will take 15 days to rectify. We live in Chennai where in the temperatures are above 40 deg C. This is the reason we purchase the AC in the first place. We faced the same problem with our Samsung Fridge with the lousy service. Unfortunately this experience did not teach us anything as we purchased another Samsung product. It is very disappointing to see this kind of service provided by such a so called renowned organisation.

                          The damaged part is not coming from Antartica but Noida. It seems as though someone is walking the part to Chennai. How else can you explain the time requirement???

                          It is clear to see that customers are the last priority on your list.

I made complaint that while spinning it making noisy sound after purchasing 3 days till not yet rectified.                               I had purchased my samsung s8+ last month.. It's not even been a month, scree have black patches.. I contacted service centre gave my mobile @ tvs electronics pvt ltd, nungambakkam, chennai. After 10 day of observation they contacted me from voc department and told.. There is no problem on mobile.. "all s8+ gold colour have this screen patches... You should you use in this condition only" no respect from customer care.. They not allowing me to talk. They just informing and cut my call..

                              I am pre - booked.. This device without see and experiencing this mobile... Bought with trust of samsung.. But got disappointed..
                              I've paid 64, 500 not so that i can use in this condition. I have always been a premium customer of samsung. From samsung galaxy s3 i am upgrading my galaxy mobile. Now s8+ and this is what i get in return from samsung. I treated without respect from samsung.

                              I am going to cancel my oders.. From samsung shop website..

                              Kindly get my device changed and provide me with a new one.. Or better refund my money.. I go for any other brand.

                              Samsung service is the worst. Technicians are either bad or fraud. I had 2 samsung washing machine, 1 AC and phone and all of them had frequent problems from purchase continuously and product life is short. In one of the instance where dirt & lime scale blocked the draining, they told they need to replace some part and would cost Rs.3000 which got resolved in Rs.100 local guy. They look for every opportunity to get money from customer.

                                I have received a dead on arrival handset and the service center has issued the doa certificate. I have also sent these detaila to instructed email and trying to follow on the same. However i have not got the replacment and also there is no response on the same. I have been following up on this since 13 may 2017 from the date i have got the doa certificate from service center. Since 5th may the day i have received the device i have not been able to use it.
                                I have got an email communication on 30th may stating the reverse pickup will be arranged however there is no update, i got this response only after raising consumer compliant# 288913. After this there no further update our neither there is any action. I feel very bad as being a loyal customer to samsung who has used most of the flagship models i am getting this kind of support.

                                  I have brought my samsung galaxy s8+ on 2nd may 2017. Around 15th of may, i noticed a small dark pore inside my display. (Attached) it was deep inside the screen and it was a clear manufacturing defect.

                                  I raised a complaint on 17th may morning - samsung said that they will send some one to collect the device and inspect the issue but no one turned up till evening. Bad customer service.

                                  I then went straight to samsung ambattur service center. They acknowledged the issue, they said that they do not have a replacement piece and they asked me to wait for one week.

                                  I then went to the service center on 26th may after 1 week, they say the same thing. They say that they may replace the display but i was certain that i didn't want that to happen. It was hardly two weeks since i got my mobile and i don't want to get it repaired. I want a replacement option. I pay 65000 rs for a phone and if i get a defective piece, how does it feel?

                                  They again say that they do not have any replacement pieces in stock and i may have to wait one more week for an update.

                                  This is very much irritating.

                                  You do the mistake, and you don't even care about it and the customer has to suffer all alone?

                                    I have pre-booked my galaxy s8 + on 19/4/17 (Pre booking bill attached) in rr mobiles ambattur - samsung have promised a free wireless charger for all pre-bookings before may 2.

                                    When i got my mobile on 2nd may (Invoice enclosed), i have registered my device in samsung's own my galaxy app. But i have not got the offer for wireless charger till date. They are providing me some bad offer of their own choice (Tumi cover instead of wireless charger promised)

                                    When contacted customer, they are very lethargic. They very casually say that my mobile no. Is not present in their pre booking database and hence they cannot do anything. What can i do for that? They have brought complete disappointment in me for the past few weeks.

                                    They have brought big amount of depression in me. I have pre-booked the mobile in a samsung authenticated dealer, got my mobile delivered on may 2, and when i ask about the free wireless charger, they just don't care and they happily say that they cannot help on this. Due to their arrogance, i have lost my mind and i am not able to focus on anything else.

                                    Consumers are suffering, pls look into this.

                                    I have attached my pre-booking bill, invoice and the pre booking screenshot provided by the dealer for your reference. Pls help.

                                    It's been a week since I have complained about this.. No updates except an email from My Galaxy team on Sunday asking me to wait for 3 to 4 days more.. Very Pathetic Customer Service.

                                    I have pre booked my Samsung galaxy s8 and bought it on 2nd may 2017 the offer was free wireless charger whoever books before 3rd may there were plenty of advertisements for that.. I have booked the Samsung galaxy s8 from Samsung store Transcell Systems mobile number [protected] and [protected]... I have checked with the Samsung Store for the details of wireless charger free offer given to Samsung store..

                                    unfortunately Samsung store it self don't have any details of the offer but while booking they were telling the offer will be displayed in my galaxy app once you register...
                                    its a kind of cheating done to me .. I have contacted my.[protected]@samsung.com thru 100's of mails but every time they would tell As discussed with you in previous mail. Your activation was on 02/05/2017 which entitles you for the Pre-book (wireless charger ) on meeting the terms and conditions of the offer. We can see that the offer is mapped to your number. Please follow the steps to see the offer
                                    1. Launch My Galaxy
                                    2. Find offer in Banner
                                    3. swipe through banners if the first is not the offer

                                    a great cheating from Samsung stores in Bangalore before you people buy make sure that they give the pre booking offer in writing or pamphlet showing their store name. etc.,

                                    don't get cheated by Samsung offers.

                                      I had purchased refrigerator (Model - 34m3043 s8) dated 11.04.17.
                                      The fridge had problem of over cooling at upper section. The bottles catches
                                      Ice on it, ice-creme gets very hard like stone to cut also. I had made complain
                                      To service center, the person came form company changed fridge pcb.
                                      But the problem had not solved yet. Again i made complain & the technician
                                      Came 2 time but cant solved the problem & gave unsatisfied answers.
                                      The problem has not solved till date in spite of numerous call to various departments. I am not at all satisfied with the service & technicians. I am kindly requesting you to replace my refrigerator with new one.

                                        I purchased two Samsung Triangular design 1.5 ton split ACs about three years back. Since, then every season, I have to get them repaired for one reason or another.

                                        Even after raising multiple replacement requests, nothing has been done. Now, for last two weeks, again one of the ACs stopped working. I have escalated the issue about three times in last 2 weeks (the latest complaint no. - [protected]). Every time a service engineer visits, he comes up with a new problem. Two weeks back, I was told that the PCB is not working and it will take about 3-4 days to procure the part. After four days, another engineer visited and told me that PCB is working fine, its the compressor which is faulty. Now again, after two days another engineer visited and said that both PCB and compressor are not working. I called up his senior (Akshardeep Jit Singh - [protected]) and asked him what is all this mess about and should I be escalating the matter with Samsung. He very rudely told me that if I think things will get resolved this way, I am free to do so!.

                                        I request Samsung to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Also, some action should be taken against such people who go around spoiling the brand image in the eyes of the customers.
