It's so disheartening and I'm fed up now with Samsung, I had purchased a s4 when it had launched and I had immense problems with the phone getting hot. I had ensured not to get another Samsung till now, since the customer service rep ensured this phone had a 10/10 rating. However after 4 days the phone had a problem with the mic, which they exchanged, now the new piece has a major issue with the heating, it gets really hot, and a few pixil issue, what is going on. I'm so disappointed.

    At the time of purchase dealer assured that rs 5000 will be back(given) by company and glass is unbreakable and after 2 months I did not get back my 5000 and glass was broken and now dealer is saying we are help less therefore I am filing this complaints that

      I got a Samsung s8 and I am facing battery issues. The phone needs to be charged 2-3 times to make it through a day.I sent the phone to Samsung Service center and they kept it for 3 days and gave it back without acknowledging any problem. its not fair for a customer to pay 58, 000 and get this kinda service, will definitely think to buy a Samsung phone again!!!

        This is regarding my previous complaints reference no. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected], i am really aggrieved by the deplorable behavior of your staff replaced one of the parts of my refrigerator against my wish. The repairing person who visited on 14th may, 2017 on my house did nothing. He called his supervisor (As addressed by the repairing person), while my son received a call from the shop from where i bought this faulty box and both of them and the repairing person forced my son to replace one of the part of the refrigerator in the name o[censored]p-gradation. The repairing person even threatened my son and my wife by saying “lagawana hai to lagao nahi to main chala jaunga” (Change it if you want to or else i will leave) when my son showed him some rotten vegetables. I registered a complaint on 18th instant to replace this refrigerator with a new one. On 18th your customer care executive told me that their senior technician would visit my house within 48 hours of this call to replace this faulty box, but, to my utter most disappointment, nobody came or called even after 144 hours of that call.

        Earlier on instruction from the authorized samsung office, mr. Rohit requested us for one visit and sent senior/junior repairing person to my house for checking the faulty refrigerator. The repairing person, mr. Haroon, came to my place on 27/05/2017 and reported to his office that the same problem is coming again and again on call in front o[censored]s and gave okay report after leaving our place. On 30/05/2017 mr. Vikas ahuja came and took the temperature readings of your fault box and all the pictures of rotten items and of moisture on cool wall, which was okay according to you. On 31/05/2017 and 01/06/2017 mr. Rohit majumder called me my son and forced us for a repairing visit and forced us to get repair our brand new refrigerator and tried to allure us with two month extended, which we don’t want in any case. He even miss guided and miss behaved with me due which i felt restless after the call due to high blood pressure in my office. On 02/06/2017 again, mr. Harun came, even after our saying no to any further repairing visit, and took some more readings. I got the message from samsung on same day that repairing person mr. Vikas (Service request no. [protected]) will come to your place today, even after saying no to further technical visit, but mr. Haroon came. My son showed him the pictures and videos of the samsung refrigerator of one of our neighbor to tell him how they have placed vegetables in the upper shelf and how there is no moisture on their cool wall even after placing the refrigerator in front of two cooler but still he denied the fact that my refrigerator is faulty and asked my son to show him the refrigerator of our neighbor in person. My son took him to our neighbors, where they told him that they always keep their vegetables like this in veg box and in upper shelf but mr. Haroon denied this statement as well and he miss behaved with them. Our neighbor was praising samsung by saying we did not had any technical issue since we bought this refrigerator and we put our vegetables in our refrigerator like this for 1-2 weeks but mr. Haroon denied it by saying “you cannot put anything in our samsung refrigerators for more than 24 hours. You shouldconsume everything from the refrigerator within 24 hours or else it will get rotten.” this thing is not mention anywhere.

        Our neighbor is a well reputed diploma holder in electronic and communication and after the repairing person denied all his statements he asked the qualification of the repairing person to which he replied that he is diploma holder from pusa. Then after seeing this kind of behavior and sense of talking our neighbor told us to file a case in consumer forum.

        Mr. Haroon took some readings, which were different according to him from readings taken by mr. Vikas ahuja on 30/05/2017. He even told my family members to change temperature settings of this box in 10-10 days according to the outside temperature, which is not mentioned anywhere. The kind of behavior and sense of disbelieve in customer shown by the executives and repairing persons is not acceptable from samsung. You are indirectly telling me and other customers that we are lying. I am disappointed with this behavior and i don’t think that samsung cares about its customer. Samsung is a well reputed company by this type of callous and cold response after selling its product may adversely spoil its reputation in the open market. Now further, i don’t want any repairing visit i want my refund as soon as possible. I have all the evidences of the above mentioned incidents.

        Since sending different technician or changing one part (For which neither any receipt was issued nor any permission was taken) is not solving the problem, it is high time this faulty refrigerator be replaced with a new one or my money shall be refunded. Even after repeated requests if faulty piece is not replaced with a new one or my money refunded, i shall have no other option left but to knock the door of the judiciary.

        My name is Ankit Bhandari and I bought the samsung refrigerator, model no. RT28K3082S8, on 15th of April 2017. This refrigerator is not working properly because the dealer sold us an old repaired model and shockingly samsung india is also supporting the dealer by hiding his fault and by telling us to repair our brand new model instead of replacing or refunding it.

          This is u. Pushpanathan from cuddalore dist. Tamilnadu. I have galaxy j7 prime. I using this phone from few months. I saw the loudspeaker issue here. Then i submitted my phone to samsung customer care cuddalore. When i submit my phone care person said.. We'll provide ur phone in 2 days.. But it's just crossed 10 days.. Still now care persons saying "wait for two days.. Wait for two days.. Wait for two days.." it's #.. Then my desicion is im going to send my phone to samsung headoffice india. Then i promise hereafter i'll never go for samsung..

            I had bought a samsung galaxy s7 edge in 11th feb 2017 and availed a offer of 10% cashback.
            Its been more than 90 now i have still not received the cashback. When i called the bank they told me to contact the samsung customer care, when i contacted the samsung they told me to contact the bank again.
            Its feels like i am in a soap serial known as "office office".
            Request you to please look into this and get it resolved as soon as possible.
            I have attached the bill and the charge slip for the reference.

            Hi Samsung India,
            I have still not received any resolution on this. I just received a call to understand my issue and was advised a call back was arranged but have not received any call till date.
            This is a very poor customer service. If we are believing the offer and paying 48k for a mobile we also expect a on time service in return which is not being delivered right now.
            This incident has forced me to give a second thought before buying any Samsung product going forwards.

            we had booked a Samsung Galaxy M31, and there was a cashback offer of 1000 rupees in Samsung site so we booked it and till now we haven't got any cashback post 90 days also . This is turning out to be a very bad experience, i would request you to check this for me and get back over my email or mobile at the earliest possible .

              My refreigirator model sr-32emb is not working from today morning, there is no cooling and water is flowing from the refregirator. Today moring by 10.13 i made a complaint over customer care by tool free phone number. The person attended the phone had not provided me whether they are sending the service machanic. Since we both o[censored]s used to attend our mines in the morning and return by only 7pm and hence i am available todayiwanted some of your staff to come and attend the repair today itself. But i do not get the reply from your staff from the toll free number. Kindly do the needful.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I have purchase samsung split air conditioner on 24/03/2013 and there is a issue on compressor that is not working properly. I have complaint it and compressor is changed on 10/05/2017 under warranty but after changing compressor air conditioner is not cooling properly i. E very poor cooling. Again we compaint it on 13/05/17

                  I have submitted my samsung phone for repair in warranty period on 3 june 2017 at your samsung care office d-1 sec-3 noida
                  I have regularly called your noida office but every time your executive provide me different date for my set ok.
                  As per your engineer phone delivered date is 7-june but till date my set is not ok.

                      I have pre booked my samsung galaxy s8 and bought it on 2nd may 2017 the offer was free wireless charger whoever books before 3rd may there were plenty of advertisements for that.. I have booked the samsung galaxy s8 from samsung store transcell systems jayanagar bangalore mobile number [protected] and [protected]... I have checked with the samsung store for the details of wireless charger free offer given to samsung store..

                      Unfortunately samsung store it self don't have any details of the offer but while booking they were telling the offer will be displayed in my galaxy app once you register...
                      Its a kind of cheating done to me.. I have contacted my. [protected]@samsung.com thru 100's of mails but every time they would tell as discussed with you in previous mail. Your activation was on 02/05/2017 which entitles you for the pre-book (Wireless charger) on meeting the terms and conditions of the offer. We can see that the offer is mapped to your number. Please follow the steps to see the offer

                      2. Find offer in banner
                      3. Swipe through banners if the first is not the offer

                        I have gotten some calls by Samsung India electronics.company is trying to ignore my complain. They told me to repair again this defected refrigerator. Why I allow this type of solutions again and again. These defections of refrigerator are given by company not created by me.I told about dealer at next day of my purchasing.                               The team from ceo office confirmed me that they will arrange the pickup on 03/june/2017, but nothing worked. My refrigerator is not working from 24/may/2017, the complaints made to the ceo office also are not working. The basic and essential thing for a business to run is "trust", the way you guys are working the whole trust is fading and turning into hatred. I don't know when will you guys take the complaints seriously and work on it.

                              I am not sure does the ceo is really interested to these email/complaints and address them. Because the issue is not resolved yet, it’s been 10 days by now, the company and technicians cannot keep their words, sad to see that. The technicians on 29/may/2017 confirmed that the refrigerator should be taken to company and get it fixed as it is a major problem, for which they have not turned till now to collect the refrigerator, not sure when they will fix it and give back to me. Very poor service cannot trust samsung once again in my entire life nor suggest anyone to buy, infact if anyone is buying will give them a proper feedback about you guys for the poor service provided, hoping atleast the ceo reacts to this and get the job done asap so that we don’t have to face any such problem in future and i paying emis for a refrigerator which is at home and we are not using it and cannot stock anything at home, it pains a lot, hope you understand what we are going through. The below comment is 3 days old, for which i did not get proper response, hoping to see for this one.

                              30/05/2017 - "i had raised a complaint in regards to my refrigerator (Purchased on 11-may-2016, model number - samsung/591 liters/rs554nrua1j/tl shiny river) which was not working properly. For which i had raised a complaint on 24th may 2017 (Complaint number - [protected]), i had to chase (5-6 calls a day by me and my parents) on 24th, 25th, 26th and finally the technician comes on 27th and checks the refrigerator and tells me that there is leakage problem and gas needs to be filled, which he cannot do it and another technician will come on 29th may 2017, when again i chase the customer care, they keep assuring me that the technician will contact me the same day, but nothing works out, i am chasing till now and expected to get the appropriate technician. After spending one lakh on a refrigerator, when something goes wrong with the refrigerator i have to chase people for 7 days and the problem is not fixed nor responded properly, how can a home manage without a refrigerator for 7 days?? Do you think i will suggest anyone to buy samsung products? As there service is so poor?? No customer orientation, no manpower, products might be good but lack in services. Disappointed with the service. Nobody is bothered to keep the client happy."

                                I purchased mobile samsung s6 edge two year back in may/june 2014. My imei no is [protected]. Few months back my charging jack was not working and i got it changed from samsung service centre. Since then it is not getting network in 2g and 3g and only catch network in 4g, that's too in selective location. I went to many service centre, but they failed to get it repaired. I am really disappointed with reputed brand like samsung and after spending rs 54000/-. I really like samsung, but after so much disappointment and negative responses from yours service centre, i have to go for other brand mobile.
                                Please help me to get my mobile repaired, so i get my confidence back in samsung.

                                  Such a bad experience with samsung services. Samsung commits assured quality. I rate samsung quality parameter in minus out of 10. I purchased mobile named j7-2016 on 28/jan/2017. I m facing internet ant network issues since the day i purchased the device (Manufacturing defect).. I approached samsung service centre plenty of times located in janakpuri, new delhi, but no support from there.. They had submitted my mobile with complaint no. [protected]. Also samsung reference no. [protected]... First they closed my complaint without repairing or checking my device.. When i raised the online complaint, they said that they have now changed motherboard of the device.. But the problem of network and internet disconnection still exists... Complete fraud... The executive name - mr vikram... The data cable of the same device was also not working since 1 month... I told vikram please replace my data cable as it is not working, he told me that we cannot generate calls regarding data cables, you go and purchase from samsung store. Can you please tell samsung, why you are giving warranty on your product. Such a pathetic and annoying service.. I don't have time to visits again and again to the service center for the same issue.. My 15k for the device is totally wasted.. Trust, loyalty totally lost from samsung.. I want complete replacement of my cell phone.

                                    Hello, 2 weeks back we got a call from one person who acted as a representative of samsung and made a deal telling the smart phone samsung galaxy j7 model which actually costed 16k would give us for 4k, we were curious to know the address so that we can take action and hence ordered it, but to our shock the package came in a post and it has address as rk shopping wala, new delhi beside some sweet shop, and it didnot even have any contact number, when we were trying to call the person who made the deal he didnt attend the call, we are smart enough to not take the box but there are people who may fall for that trap. To our surprise the name in true caller was also samsung mobiles.

On 08/05/17 i purchased an top load samsung washing machine from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, 229, rajdanga, nabapally, kolkata - 700107. On 13/05/17 it was delivered to my home, after checking it thoroughly i found out that it has a big dent on the side body, immediately i called up the showroom but nobody responded, then i mailed them about the condition of w/m with pictures (Attached is that mail copy & pictures of washing machine). I lodged a complaint with samsung customer care also, two times but till date my washing machine was not replaced (Complaint no [protected] & [protected]). Persons from samsung customer care came to my home after the complaint & assured me that the w/m will be replaced by the showroom. But even after several visits & many calls to the showroom it was not replaced. I know that it is the responsibility of showroom to replace the defective product but as a renowned company like samsung you are also creditable to the customer. I have been using samsung products from a long time but this is the first instance that i have to suffer this much for no fault of mine. Please resolve this issue asap. My mail id is rajeshwar.
