This email is to officially lodge a complaint against the atrocious and dreadful customer care/technical support Samsung provides.
My parents made the mistake of purchasing this Samsung LED TV and gifting it to me. Since I was shifting from Delhi to Noida I did not open the product for an entire month. After shifting to my new residence after a month I've tried to use the product however the Audio is cracking. Even after several troubleshooting over the phone and replacing the setup box the audio problem still exists.
My complaint is not against the product being faulty; my complaint is towards the technical support engineers who are destined to pay a visit at my house in order to resolve the issue. My first complaint for this issue was 27th July 2016. Today being 8th August till ’16 I have no one visiting.
Samsung being a multinational corporation, the service engineers’ work only between 11am-6pm, weekends off. How do you expect working class people to be available between these times?
I’ve been getting phone calls from a new engineer every day to schedule an appointment of 10am since 27th July however no one turns up. I get SMS with details of the service engineer with phone number but they don’t respond to your calls.
I’ve gone back to the dealer where I purchased this product from to replace the faulty product but they are not authorized to do so. They have lodged several complaints on my behalf but it’s the same horrendous Samsung services. Now whenever somebody comes out they tear open the entire product which is relatively brand new in order to fix the problem and eventually make it a refurbished product.
Therefore I’m escalating this matter to CEO office as I do not want repair to be done on the product I simply need a replacement of this. Can someone from this large corporation help out?
