This is inform to you i am complaining about the moksh enterprises samsung care. I went to repair my handset j-7 samsung mobile there. I have submitted my handset on running condition for the hanging problem but we have received my handset in dead condition for the samsung care. He has totally dead in my mobile by the engineer mr tarun. I can't trust in samsung company in future. He has damage my mobile motherboard. This is the large gaps for the samsung company. I want to my handset on running condition.

Here with mention below the ref id. [protected].
Problem resolved by the Service center but he has to taken me 3600 Rs for mother board Charges. those he had dead by the service center.
plz closed the complaint.
