[Resolved] Samsung India — I am complaining about Samsung bad service

I bought Samsung micro oven, fridge and washing machine recently.

Showroom people told me that for washing machine demo...samsung team will approach you with in 2 days.

It has been more than a month no body comes to my home.

I have raised a request on 8 Sep and then took follow up on 14...still no body come to my home for demo.

Finally, I have used the WM...with out demo.

I will never buy any samsung product in future because of this pathetic service.
