On 19 th July, I submitted my mobile due to some screen issue and it is under 1 year warranty.
On 25 July Service Center official told me that it will be replaced with new one and will take 1 month for replacement which I agreed.
But now from past 2 weeks I have no news or confirmation for my phone. They are saying it has not come from samsung.

I bought Samsung Note 5...4 months. All of the sudden it stop getting charged. I had purchased the above mentioned hand set bearing serial no. Rk1f50xea7p from one of your dealer in the year 2014. The hand set was functioning properly up to middle of july 2016, but thereafter it stopped working.
