I have deposited my A-8 Samsung mobile at our nearest service center due to problem at Jalak Novelty
No.41, Aroma Arcade, 1st Floor, Near Cosy Tower. Palanpur l, contact no [protected], as per service center information my particular mobile having problem of display so they given me a estimate of 8000 and i tell them ok u do work they tell me your mobile is ready in withing12 day . but very sorry to say they harassing me for last 30 days like anything they dont have any proper information they are just good for nothing, and i called in Samsung customer care in 3 time they tell that i send a email to your Samsung care and they will call you and help you.but last 10day no one call me n not give me proper answer.when i call today Samsung care palanpur they tell me that your mobile display is not come.if you want talk with any one in Samsung care my job sheet no [protected] dated 22/08/2016,

Samsung company has approved New exchange Mobile j2 on 12/08/2016. But I have not received my cell phone. When I contact service center they are not giving Information about this.     Two person contact me yesterday 17/9/2016 from two different number. They are told me that they are calling from ssamsung service center. one was saying that he belongs to higher authority department account head of Samsung. He told me your file is under me. After some discussion, , , He says that your money will be returned. You go atm machine n call me. He gave me himself atm number to transfer money from my account. 7600 rupees. He will totally fraud persion. Atlast he tell his name mr Rajeev bansal and contact number is[protected]
    Another second person number [protected]. both person confused me which was right or wrong. But I think mr bansal is definitely wrong because he wants money 7600 my account but my mobile price 7600 . Company give me money or I will give money to company...??? What a drama guys...plz coordinate with me as soon as possible...

      Mr. COE, Shame on you. I am very disappointed to writing to you.
      I am just frustrate to your service.
      Shame on Samsung company.
      You people are just cheating the customers.
      After 20-22 days delivery of the TV is still pending for delivery.
      After taking my Rs 50000/- why you are not sending the TV?
      For what you are taking the salary ? Have you generating your salary from customers money.

          I purchase the SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab in month dec-15 and having international warranty for One year. Currently TAB is not started, So approached to the SAMSUNG executive and support team but since last week no one replying me on this issue.

          It's shocked for me as global level company(SAMSUNG) is not listening my request.

          I would request you people for help me to register the case with SAMSUNG team

            I m Nusrat haji given complaint about washing machine model number WA65H4200HA/TL purchased it on june 2014 now washing machine shows 4E error when 11 minutes of washing is remaining and it comes under warranty and your technician attended this complaint by changing the digital board, replacing outlet.. many time but also the matter is not yet resolved.so it will be better if this is solved soon or else I well complaint to consumer court

              My name is K.S.Arunachalam. I am residing in Guduvanchery, Chennai - 603202. I have purchased Samsung S6 mobile phone from Relience Retail Ltd. at Guduvancheri on 18.10.2015. The IMEI no of the cell is 357215/06/1031138/4 & Serial no. is RZ8G70G8Z1J. Since from purchase I am facing the problem of mobile hanging and switch off. Currently the problem worsened and approached Samsung authorised service centre Techno Care, N0 109A, S.V.S Complex, Sivashanmugam Road, Tambaram West, Chennai - 600 045 for repair on 13.9.2016. Service centre deleted earlier OS and installed new OS in the cell and confirmed that earlier problem what I had faced will not repeat. To my surprise, the problem is not eliminated and continues. I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE FOR THIS. I have to lose all datas in mobile during new OS initialising. Please give a suitable reply for this and expect a favourable reply from you because my warranty period will be over by next month.

                Service engineer not answer my question even responsibility

                After last updation at july i had more problem at my j7 mobile. Two times i reset my mobile after updation. But still problem is coming. Same problem facing my college and friends.                   Complaining about SAMSUNG Faulty Products

                  I am writing to complain about some faulty products that were purchased on 16th September 2013, which were a 40 inch Samsung Smart TV and a Samsung Home Theater Blu ray player from SINGER Warehouse Discount Store (No: 38, Thurstan Road, Colombo 03) at a price of Rs.172, 000/=.

                  Details about model/Serial and purchasing information as follows.

                  Order No: MAM-R17088
                  SAMSUNG TV S/N: MQTR3PCD200087R
                  MODEL CODE: UA40ES6800RLSG
                  VERSION NO: AD01
                  Price: Rs.172, 000/=

                  SAMSUNG HOME THEATER SYSTEM S/N: ZW0G1RBD100024T
                  MODEL NO: HT-E4550K
                  MODEL CODE: HT-E4550K/XL
                  Price: Rs. 45, 000/=

                  Unfortunately, both the products had malfunctions.

                  CASE 1: Image mirroring from half horizontal plane but unclear and darker at the bottom potion in the TV but sound is functioning well.

                  CASE 2: Home theater system does not run certain file formats like AVI, MP4, XVID, MOV and MKV etc.

                  CASE 3: Audio blocked by cinavia in Home theater system.

                  CASE 4: Disk plate is jammed and stuck.

                  I took it back to your service station in order to solve these issues. But it took them more than three weeks to find out the reason and come up with the solution which is to replace the panel for an amount of Rs.100, 000/= and to repair the Home theater system for Rs. 25, 000/= And the product was delivered back to me without the power cable as well.

                  The service centre agent did not respond for a long time and the manager (Mr. Thimira) did not attempt to solve this situation I had to go behind the service centre agent which is quite unethical for a company with such a highly reputable name like yours. Unfortunately, your products are not durable, because it had just completed three years. We purchase goods at a higher price believing in quality and durability from companies like yours because we feel that the after-service will be in a good level but unfortunately it is not.

                  I will not recommend anybody to buy products from your company because of such lethargic after-service. Please make sure that such instances won’t occur in the future where you will be putting your clients in to such difficulty.

                  Please be kind enough to give a swift resolution for this issue.

                    I brought one J-2 mobile, priced Rs.8500/- from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata which was stopped working within 9 months .After giving it to Authorised Samsung service Centre, Nager bazar, Kolkata, W.B .Ms Rimpa Ghosh called me up after 7 days and asked me to pay Rs. 8740/- for changing Display screen and Mother board . The person named Rimpa Ghosh (her phone no: [protected] ) lied that Display Screen of my phone was broken which is false because it was guarded by Tampered glass and regarding dead Mother board, truly I don’t have any idea. But my question is what Samsung’s warranty is? Is this the Service of Samsung? When I enquired, she fumbled and told me to visit Centre. Waiting for your reply.

                          This has reference to my Complaint/ Service Request no. [protected] on 10.09.2016.In response, on 12.09.16, your Service Engineer visited my place, attended the problem and stated that to settle the problem, spare parts are required, so we will come tomorrow after checking the availability of the required spares in our stock.                           That Sir, pl. note the date of my complaint & see the action taken status of the employee of a company of repute like Samsung as above . Under the situation, I have a doubt on sustainability of Samsung Company for a long term business in this competitive market.

                          Pl. furnish the action taken status as of now within 15 minutes against the following complaint already logged on 10.09.2016 at the following phone no. & email address failing which other A-C manufacturers/dealers shall be contacted to short out the problems.

                          "This has reference to my Complaint/ Service Request no. [protected] on 10.09.2016.In response, on 12.09.16, your Service Engineer visited my place, attended the problem and stated that to settle the problem, spare parts are required, so we will come tomorrow after checking the availability of the required spares in our stock.                             My ac has been installed on 15th March 2016, during installation they haven't jammed the walls so due to that in this rainy season water is coming inside and it is effecting the ac and the wall.I have registered a complain in Samsung service centre, S.N Enterprise, B-30, katjunagar, Kolkata-700032, ph no: [protected]/41 on 23rd August 2016 but the concerned person "Mr. Papu", ph no: [protected], is not showing any interest to do the work, every time I call him he tells he is coming next day and doesn't come.its been a month I have registered a complain and the work is not done and when I call the service centre they tell Mr. Papu have to do we cant help.If this is not solved my ac will be damaged.I want action to be taken against Mr. Papu and my work to be done as quick as possible. Please help me.

                              Few day back I complained about my Samsung washing machine and thanks for providing your service, one of your engineer came and change the parts as per their survey and charged Rs 1184 for part and Rs 403 for service and gave surety that the machine is fine now ..
                              But still their is same problem..(the horrible noise)
                              On my second complain they said that they will provide service in 24, hour but they fail to.br...

                              Dear Team,

                              As per policy client has to bear the charges for any physical damage happend from clients end. I agree on terms and ready to pay the charges for my "DAMAGE SCREEN".

                              Where as my handset touch and panel is working fine then WHY should i bear the charges for replacing the touch or panel????? Just change the damge screen.

                              Its not clients fault that 3 things are combined by SAMSUNG.

                              If SAMSUNG is not following the policy then its an violation of policy and cheat case with clients

                              Dear Samsung,

                              I dont want any discount. As per policy customer has to pay only for damage part. In my case only screen is damaged where as everything is fine. I am ready to pay the charges only for damage screen and not for whole panel.

                              I am following the policy but this time company itself is voliating the terms. If you had made product in which if working should also required to be changed with damage then show me the detail on terms and conditions where its is clarified.

                              Kindly provide feasible solution as i will not pay any extra cost for damage.

                              I have registered on my complaint on 25th august 2016. Till the time the complaint was not rectified and no information about my complaint.

                                Mobile display gone within 10 days (samsung j2 serious )service center deny to replace it.I went to service center they was denying to replaced it...how would I give for repairing the mobile which I got only 10 days before.samsung is very cheap company and c.E.o and founder is biggest beggar of this year...they sell defective product to customer and staff of samsung is so rude and unhelpfull.
