Samsung India — I am complaining about the defect in Samsung phone battery and Battery charger

Since, last two months.
I am facing trouble with the charging problem of my samsung galaxy a50s phone.
The very surprising fact is that even though it's plugged in to the power outlet battery drains quickly.
I bought this device in last january. It can be concluded that either the device is faulty or the battery charger. But defective devices are being delivered to the customers.
