PROBLEM - DISPLAY WAS BLINKING
it was said to me that within a week u will get ur mobile repaired or it will be exchange or refund money will be given.
than on 12th the said that on 11th November, 2016 they said that my mobile is approved for exchange and i will get my mobile within 15 working days . now it has been around a month i haven't got my mobile and they haven't approached for the same. every time i call in service center or contact center they ask to wait for 2 days . please do the needful as soon as possible .

Dear Concerned,

I have already lodged a complaint in sumsung earlier but my issue still not resolved...Please resolve the issue ASAP as my samsung microwave's touch penal not working with the model number CE1041DBF1.

My self Brahmkant from Bhiwani 127021 Haryana we can purchase Samsung j2 after 3days battery is very hot phone also if we can charge the phone charging not in proper way. We can submit all things in care centre. We will not get Do still 2month.we want justice as soon as possible contact with us [protected].
