[Resolved]  Samsung India — i complained on date 30 apr 2018 but not quick solution against fibre cable which is defective.

I complained on date 30 apr 18 not solved upto 03may2018.
Reference no. Is [protected].
I am not satisfied with warranty service.
My product model no. Is qa55q8camklxl
I want to quick solution in one day for locally arrangement.
Samsung service centre solve problem if parts are available otherwise wait when parts available.
Customer wait & closed own business for tv.
I call again & again to customer care centre but not satisfied with him due to totally depend on local service centre who is responsible for servicing.
Company will not solve quick solution.

I am waiting upto 5may18 at 18.51hrs.
There is no response from any reliable source.
My QLED TV is lying on bed from 30 apr 2018 which is very dangerous for me.
