Samsung India — I purchased samsung j7 mobile 8 months back | |||
I am using Samsung Galaxy J7 mobile from last few months, but few days back the one half of screen started blinking, which was under warranty. I go to samsung service center on Friday (24th of June, 2016) and talked with the executive and engineers there. They told me that we have to check it whether the product is broken or not, if broken there would be no warranty and if not broken the product is under warranty. After checking my phone for 3 and half hours. They told me the product is not broken and is under warranty. And also they told me that we does not have the display (LCD) of the Screen and is repaired on Tuesday(28th of June, 2016), but on saturday evening they again call me and told me the product is broken, I am not understanding if product is broken why they don't told me at the time when they Checked my handset in front of me. And why they checked it on Saturday evening if the replacement for LCD was not there. On sunday afternoon i visited to samsung service center, they told me that we will replace it under warranty, but now on tuesday, they are again making the ways and getting escape from replacing the product. And still my problem is not resolved and waiting for the call from service center.
I request all my friends and family members to don't buy Samsung products as the service is very worst.
