I have purchase my galaxy j7 on 13 april 2016 and my phone get off automatically again and again. Our nearby service center changed the screen after that same problem occures. The employ of samsung care has been updating my phone since last 2 days. Becouse of all this i'm facing many problems. Please sort out the problem. Looking forward to your quick action. My complain bill number [protected]. I will happy if you replace my phone. I have to buy your another samsung model. Your employ tells us that your will be replace if you want.
