[Resolved] Samsung India — Improper customer service | |||||
I had purchased samsung refrigerator on 14th august 2015. Water discharge started on 8th july 2016. After talking to customer service i was assured that engineer will visit and correct the fault (reference no [protected], discussed with mr sandeep). As days passed by i forgot about this issue. Suddenly today as on 29th august i called their customer service to remind them about the pending issue they told me "sorry sir your refrigerator is not in warranty and it will be charged rs 500+ service tax" on inquiring why engineer was not sent when i had 1st raised the issue he could not answer it.
