I have been using samsung products and phones since childhood. i bought a samsung galaxy s 5 on 9th november 2014 prior that i was using samsung galaxy s 4 that got stolen.in december 2015 i got the display of my samsung galaxy s 5 replaced at bluebery globals (shop no. 1, 2 & 3, r. s. regency, plot no.4, sector 2 a, near terna college, koparkhairane, navi mumbai.
When i received the handset back the display of the phone was loose. i did highlight the same to the engineer and his response was we do not have the tape available so you can get it done later on. i replied okay...
I rarely use the front camera of my phone so once i tried using that i got to see the half moon shape & a blurred image, then i realized it was because of the display that was not installed properly & was loose.
So i again visited the same service centre and again i got the same answer that we do not have the tape available right now. they took my contact details and offered me a call back once they have the required material. i did not receive any call back. now i have started facing issues cause of the loose display i. e. it started fluctuating even when i was using the phone. again i went to the same centre yesterday then one of the engineer told me that we have to change the tape. i said okay. now this fellow told me that he is a new joiner so please meet the other engineer available at the next desk. all of a sudden now this tenured engineer told me that we have to replace the display again! and again i have to pay inr 10000/- approx as the warranty was already over. then he said we'll check the handset first and started raising a request. while raising the request this so called engineer asked me what should i mention in the issue column? i said boss you are the engineer u should tell me what is the fault???
After their handset inspection they again told me the same price and asked to get the display replaced. i did not agree with them as it was their fault and informed them that i will file a complaint online and the answer was : sir apko jo karna hai karo!!! how can someone take this kind of response after being a loyal customer with samsung since ages???
Above mentioned is the issue description mail that i wrote to samsung complaint email team on last thursday i. e. 23 september 2016.
For which i got an automated message from samsung that we tried to call you but you were not reachable hence i called the toll free number on saturday and spoke with pooja (csr). i told her the complete story once again and again got a promise for a callback on monday i. e. 26.9.16. i didnot receive any call on monday too. so i again called samsung toll free on tuesday i. e. 27.9.16 and again she did set false expectations that: you will receive a call back for sure today in between 1300hrs - 1330hrs, so i was waiting during my lunch time for the call back. still no callback.
Now i would request you sir/madam - i am a samsung user since ages.
My videocon tv at home got replaced by samsung lcd and then led.
My nokia mobile got replaced by samsung corby then corby plus, then samsung s4 and now samsung s5.
After being a loyal customer with samsung i have been facing such issues. i am not able to use my current phone since a week now: all because of your excellent customer service & satisfaction.
