Samsung India — Inefficient and Fraud Service Centre | |||
I had registered my complaint no. [protected] on 22.08.2016 regarding my window AC. Service engineer came on next day and said that its FAN motor is defective which needs to be replaced and he will give me a quote once he reaches service center, he collected Rs 350 as service charge but didn't give a bill after I asked him twice he give me the fake bill which is attached for your reference. I waited for him but when he doesn't call back I called up again on customer care with ref. no. [protected] but to my surprise my complaint was cancelled stating the reason" model and serial number not traceable". I requested again for the service engineer but engineer again doesn't come. I again called up twice on 26.08.2016 with ref no. [protected] and [protected] for engineer visit. Finally on 28.08.2016 engineer visited my house and noted the model number and told me that its FAN MOTOR is defective and it will cost me Rs.4800/- . Since I was in doubt so I called up some local technician and he told me that there is no problem in AC and there was a slight issue with voltage and now my AC is running fine without even changing the FAN MOTOR. My complaint is: 1. Your engineer has given me a fake bill. 2. He lie to me that he will give me a cost of fan motor after one hour and got my complaint cancelled at service center. 3. Why don't he noted down the model number in first instance ? 4. When there is no faulty part in AC why he misguided me just to earn money from me. Sir due to inefficiency and fraud nature of your service center I had suffered from heat stroke for one week. I request you to take serious action against the engineer and the service center so that I does not occur with any of your customer in future. We can not accept such unprofessionalism from a company like Samsung. Additionally, I request you to please refund my Rs. 350/- as your engineer doesn't provide me the bill for that.
