[Resolved] Samsung India — Installation of t v | |||||
I have purchased Samsung smart T V on 3rd of January and the same was installed on 4th. Next day i felt that the installation was not proper and therefore i contacted your help line 3 to 4 times and every time they assured me that their service engineer will contact me within 24 hours. It's 6 days passed your engineer is not getting time to contact me and get the requisite done. When contacted your customer care department has no other work but to assure that the concerned person will definitely contact me. What sort of after sales service is this? .
