I bought samsung smartphone model c7 pro through samsung e-shop. As per the product description, insurance worth 1800 is free & also free never mind offer are applied. I have received the product 2 weeks back, but still i did not receive the insurance details.
I tried contacting the samsung customer care & i was advised to send email to support team as they dont have the visibility to check the insurance details.
I have sent email to support team with multiple reminders, but no response from them.
Note: product is damaged one & samsung authorized service centers are not taking the product for repair and also no spare parts available. Was this information helpful? |

There is no reference ID provided by Customer care. I was asked directly to send email, but not getting any response from support team. I have just received the following message from support team thrice, but no response.
